Practice It!

 

 

Practice having what you want, in advance.

Some call this "acting as if", Neville calls it "Assuming the feeling of the Wish Fulfilled", or "staying in the end".

When I was a little girl I wanted to play the piano and that was the first thing I learned. You have to practice. 

It is the same way with anything we want to manifest, or become. We have to practice having or being it first.

Every day we have multiple chances to practice having what we want, before we have it.  It is my goal each day to do this, and recently I was given another huge opportunity to practice it.

One Saturday, the Random House account for my shop was suddenly gone. I have to place an order, or confirm my order, every week by Monday and I usually do this on Saturday.  

Well, major contrast, no cart, nothing! Couldn't even put anything in the cart as I suddenly had no account. Anyway, at first I fell apart, major panic. Then, I became aware of my reaction. Neville says, " Your reactions, whether positive or negative, are creative of future circumstances."

This reaction was not going to create the change I desired, so, I set about doing what I could do, which was email the tech dept, my reps, customer service, etc., then having the totals for each item I wanted to order all ready in a spreadsheet and written out by hand in case I needed a physical copy. That was all I could do physically, since no one was even in until Monday.

Then I started working on me, my thoughts and my reactions. I decided to stop focusing on what I didn't want and keep doing the only thing I could do. Imagine what I did want. Practice the feeling of the wish fulfilled.

So, I began imagining not only that it was all resolved and fixed, my order placed, etc., but even the end result, that I have more than enough money for everything I need and desire. 

I decided I would have a good weekend. So, that is exactly what I did.  I went for my morning run, went on a long walk with my Sweetie, had a tasty decaf coffee, a delicious curried chicken dinner, and enjoyed watching an old show. 

All in all, it was a beautiful weekend and every time my mind would start wondering about my account, I just kept affirming it's fixed, and I have plenty of money for everything.

I planned on getting up on Monday morning and contacting RH first thing, but instead I checked my email and had a note from someone reminding me that Master Manifestors don't get riled up about what happens.

So, instead of jumping into action again and trying to contact someone to see if it was fixed, I decided to be ok even if it wasn't.  I had a nice conversation with my daughter, enjoyed my breakfast, did a few other routine things, all the while feeling like it was all taken care of and either way, I was just fine.

I got out my laptop, signed into my account, and there was my cart, filled with my orders, just waiting to be confirmed. It was all fixed.

Control your reactions and practice having what you desire.

Feeling Lucky!

 

This past Sunday was Mother's Day and as I thought about my Mother, it reminded me of the very first time I really felt that feeling of being Lucky, of being in flow and of being a winner.

I was about 9 years old, maybe 10, and I had saved enough money to buy my Mom some flowers for Mother's Day.  So the day before, my Dad took me to a local grocery store called the B & B Food Market.  My Dad said I could go in on my own and do my shopping and that he would wait in the car. Which really made me feel good at that age, like I was all grown up.

Every year B & B would get lots of flowers and plants so I went in and straight to the nursery section. I picked out some pretty purple pansies, as purple was my Mom's favorite color, and feeling quite happy with my choice, I went up to the registers to pay.

When the sales lady rang me up, she suddenly declared, "You're a winner, you've won! You have a red star on your receipt!". 

Apparently the B & B Food Market was celebrating their anniversary and giving away prizes.  Imagine my surprise and delight to be taken over to a large shopping buggy filled to the brim and told it was all mine!

I could hardly push it out the door and across the parking lot to the car but I was on cloud nine. I felt like the luckiest girl in the world.  Not only had I gotten my Mom some lovely flowers but I won a whole shopping cart full of groceries for my family.

I was so thrilled pushing that cart to the car and seeing the look of surprise on my Dad's face, and his joy and excitement for me when I told him, I'm a winner! I won it!  We had so much fun discovering what all was in that cart. I felt so happy!

Even now, I can still feel that feeling of joy and of being lucky.

The Power of Gratitude

As I write this, the whole world is in the middle of a pandemic. It feels like everything is going wrong. The news is very negative, there's so much fighting about who's right and who's wrong, and no one seems to know what to do. Most of us are sheltering at home in order to stay safe and healthy.

In March, the Governor of my state, ordered all nonessential businesses to close, and that included mine. Which, of course, meant no income.

My first thoughts were filled with panic and fear, even though I know the power of our thoughts, I still felt very afraid. My shop has appeared to be my only source of income for the past 40 years. What would I do? How was I going to pay my bills, buy food, and survive?

Knowing that my thoughts and feelings are creating my future, and knowing that I was not wanting what I was thinking and feeling to create my future, I decided to practice what I teach, what I truly believe.

To stay focused each day on what I DO want, to count my blessings, to find the good, and to look for things to be happy about.

I woke up on April 1st feeling a lot of panic, fear, and anxiety as I realized I did not have the money to pay my rent at the shop.  Instead of focusing on that negative "fact", I decided to search on my phone for some good news. 

The first story that came up was about a man in New York, that had just told all of his tenants, "no rent due for April", for them to take care of themselves and their families, not to worry about the rent.

I suddenly felt such gratitude and thankfulness for this man, for the gift he was giving them, and for his generosity, that I felt compelled to send him a thank you card and say so. I expressed to him how much I appreciated what he had given them, a month of not having to worry about the rent, but also the gift he had given me. The knowing that there are people in the world that are loving, kind, and generous. I cried tears of gratitude as I wrote the card.

I looked up his address, put a stamp on it, and took it to the post office  wearing my mask and gloves.

Later that day, as I told my Sweetie about it, I felt all the gratitude and thankfulness again, and again began to cry. Every time I thought about it, I felt gratitude for this man's generosity.

On April 30th, I realized I still did not have the money to pay my own rent, and another month would be due the next day. When I suddenly received a call from my landlord. We talked for awhile, about everything going on in the world, when he suddenly said to me, " I am waiving your April rent, and possibly May's rent also". 

I instantly started crying as I felt all the gratitude and thankfulness for the gift my landlord was giving me. He had given me the very thing I had been feeling so much gratitude for. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

I am so happy and grateful that my rent is paid in full.

Gratitude is a powerful, positive emotion, and we are constantly creating our future with our thoughts and emotions.

Look for all the things you can truly be thankful for.

Easy Money $$$ Part 3

If you've read my earlier posts about  Easy Money $$$ and Easy Money $$$ Part 2, then you know I love easy money.  So last week, when I had another one of those easy money manifestations, I thought I would share it with you.

It all started when I saw a post on facebook that asked, "Who would love to be part of a challenge to manifest $1000?!!!!". To which I instantly commented, "I'd love it! Count me in!". I mean, who wouldn't love to manifest an extra $1,000.00 dollars?

I pondered it for a few minutes, wondering what manifesting tips would be forthcoming, and then I thought about how I could use the extra $1,000.00. 

Every time someone else commented on the post, it reminded me that I would love to receive an extra $1,000.00. A couple times as I fell asleep at night, I would visualize counting the $1,000.00.

Guess what happened? Nine days later, totally out of the blue, someone came into my shop and handed me a bank envelope, saying it was a gift. You guessed it! $1,000.00!!!  Later the same day, I received a totally unexpected check in the mail for $42.35! 

I love love love easy money!!

FREEDOM

This morning as I was writing in my journal, I was feeling so much love and appreciation for all the Freedom I enjoy, that I decided to do a vibration activation on Freedom and attract even more Freedom!

I love my Freedom!

 I love that I am Free to think and believe whatever I choose!

I love that I am Free to chose thoughts and beliefs that make me happy!

I love thinking thoughts of I am loved. Life supports me. I am abundant. I am prosperous. I am healthy. I can do it. I am happy. I am Lucky!

I love my Freedom to listen to whatever I please and whenever I please!

Like listening to Christmas music anytime of the year.

I love my Freedom to read whatever I choose!

I love choosing to read books, blogs, and articles that inspire and uplift me.

I am totally Free to watch whatever I please and ignore the rest and that feels good!

Like watching old comedies that make me laugh.

I love that I am Free to choose how I take care of my body!

I love to go for long walks, early morning runs, or a bike ride. Sometimes I choose to sleep in or just lie in bed and relax. I am free to get a massage, some healing reiki, or soak in the tub. It all feels wonderful!

 

 I love that I am Free to eat or drink whatever I choose! 

From tasty decaf coffees, hot gooey mac n cheese, to an organic salad.  

It's all my choice.

I love my Freedom to choose what I wear! The styles, the fabrics, and the colors!

Whether that be vintage shirts or flannel pajamas.

I love my Freedom to travel! From across town to countries and towns around the world.

I love my Freedom to choose where I live and to decorate my living space in whatever way pleases me.

I love my Freedom to choose my friends, the people I share my time with.

People who are caring, honest, interesting, and fun to be with.

I love my Freedom to invest or spend my money where it pleases and supports myself and others. It's all my choice and I love that!

I am so happy and thrilled to be so FREE! Free to be me. To be, to do, to have whatever I choose that makes me happy!

I love love love my FREEDOM!

It's Law of Attraction for Your Lucky Life!

 

When it all goes "Wrong" - Law of Attraction First Aid!

Have you ever felt like it was all going wrong? I mean, you're doing your best, at all times, to tend to your vibration and suddenly it's like a deluge of things going wrong. 

I just spent a couple of weeks that rank right up there in the top worst weeks of my life, for things going wrong, definitely not the way I had intended. In fact, I don't think I have ever experienced so many things going wrong, all at the same time. 

Knowing that what we give our focus and attention to, and the way we are feeling in this moment, affects our vibration, and what we are vibrating is what we are attracting more of, what's a law of attraction savvy gal supposed to do?

I thought I would offer up some of my Emergency Law of Attraction First Aid tips. 

These are the things I did in order to "soothe my vibration" as Abraham says, and to shift to a better feeling place. 

Keep in mind that you don't have to make a huge shift, but simply finding a little feeling of relief, or peace, is a shift in the right direction, and then you can go from there.

So here goes.

Find the best feeling thought you can about the situation. This could be as simple as, "it could be worse", "I've survived worse things than this", "this too, shall pass", "every cloud has a silver lining", etc.  Any thought that makes you feel even slightly better is an improvement.

Stay in the present moment.  This keeps you from speculating or imagining how much worse it might or could get. Just do right now.

Take whatever action or actions you can take.

Use the Pivoting exercise...I know what I don't want, so what do I want? Make a list of what you want, and why you want it. 

Do as many things as you can that bring you joy and do them with the awareness that you are doing them for this reason. These can be big or small and don't have to cost much.

• go for a walk, a run, or a bike ride
• a nice cup of coffee, tea, or your favorite beverage
• listening to music
• playing with your child or pet
• watching a movie or show that's funny or uplifting
• watch Abraham videos
• listen to your favorite meditation

For me it was anything from taking a five minute break from mopping sewage to sit down, relax, and enjoy a tasty pumpkin flavored coffee, to listening to Christmas music, or a short walk in the sunshine. 

Ask for help.  This can be from family and friends, your Angels, Spirit Guides, and Fairies, your local spiritual center or church, a coach, or even a stranger.

As often as possible, take a few moments throughout the day to just lightly ponder or imagine, the positive outcome you'd like to see, and how you would feel and react if it turned out that way. 

Hold the thought that in every moment there are hundreds of possibilities that can occur. Things we could never imagine. Miracles happen every day.

Make a list of all the things that are going "right" and give thanks for those.

And one of the biggest tips I can offer is self love. 

• Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water
• Do your best to get enough sleep (I know this can be difficult when you're lying awake all night gripped by fear, or in pain) 
• Eat things that make you feel good
• Soak in the tub
• Get a massage or reiki if possible
• Forgive yourself for any "mistakes, bad judgement, etc."
• Forgive others and let it go
• Treat yourself to something special just for you
• Go ahead and have a good cry
  

Last but not least..Keep the faith. Trust that all is really going to turn out well.  That in this moment you are Okay.

Rampage of Money

Woke up this morning and instantly started writing a "rampage of appreciation", as Abraham calls it, about Money and Abundance.

It felt so good, I decided to share it.

I really love that I have the ability to manifest money, anytime, anywhere. That thought feels really good.

I love the fact that I manifest money or some sort of abundance every day. Whether it's a coin that I find, free concert tickets, or free trips.

I love that I find money everywhere, including pennies, dimes, quarters, and dollars!

I love that I have the possibility to manifest large amounts of money, out of the blue, and I have. It feels wonderful!

I love the relief I felt when I manifested "payment in full" without having the cash in hand. What a relief!

I love the feeling of joy and fun, when I receive unexpected checks in the mail, and deposits in my account. So much fun!

I love the feeling of being prosperous and blessed when people give me money, no matter whether it's $1 or hundreds. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I love manifesting money while decluttering and clearing out what I no longer need.  I feel so light and free.

I love it when easy money shows up! Woohoo!!

I love the fact that I have manifested my mortgage payment every month and soon my home will be paid in full. 

I love the thought, according to Abraham, that I have over 200 possibilities in every moment. Gives me chills.

I love how abundant and prosperous I truly am, and how good that feels.

Sold Out?

In case you hadn't noticed, I love going to concerts, and I am really good at manifesting free tickets and great seats.

This past weekend was no exception.

It all started just a few days before when I found out a band Sweetie and I enjoy, New Riders of the Purple Sage, were playing about 90 minutes away.  We decided it would be fun to go.

Of course, I immediately hopped online to buy a couple tickets, and saw in big bold letters that it was SOLD OUT. It was a very small venue with only 200 seats.

Deciding to focus on what I wanted, (enjoying a great concert), and not the current 'reality' of SOLD OUT, I promptly called the box office, said I would love to purchase two tickets and left my number.

On the morning of the concert, I still had not received a call, so I called again, left another message, mentioned that I lived about 90 minutes away, so I would need to know in time to get to the show.

Later that afternoon, Sweetie and I just decided to "act as if", and go ahead and drive to the venue, so we would be there for the show, in case some tickets became available.  We decided to stay detached, and not be upset if we drove all the way there and it didn't turn out the way we wanted.

About half way there, we stopped for a cup of coffee, and while checking out, I received a nice call from the venue telling me this concert was SOLD OUT, no tickets were available.

I mentioned we were already on our way, just in case two tickets became available, we would already be there.  I was promptly told to "turn around and go home, no tickets are available, it's SOLD OUT".

Sweetie and I sat in the car, sipping our coffee, discussing our options. Should we continue on, or turn around and drive the 45 minutes back home?  

We decided we wouldn't let this news ruin our Sunday, nor would we wallow in disappointment. Instead, we talked about how much fun it would be to see the show, and Sweetie put the iPOD back on playing some NRPS.

Just as we pulled onto the highway, my phone rang again.  "Good news! It's a miracle, two tickets just became available."  We smiled at each other and headed to the venue.

When we got there, we wandered around enjoying the fair, and exploring the grounds.  Stopped in the General Store and purchased a couple posters for the show for only $10, that were being autographed by the band at that very moment. What a deal! Then we stopped for a hamburger cooked on an outdoor grill right in front of us.

Sweetie ran into an old friend he hadn't seen in over ten years and as he talked about our great luck in getting two tickets, he asked where we liked to sit.  When the doors opened at 7, we were told to proceed to front row center, they were reserved for us.

It was a wonderful concert and lots of fun!

Sign of the Hummingbird 2

This week in honor of Father's Day, I thought I would share another Sign of the hummingbird to honor my Dad.  You can read last year's post here.
 
Before my Dad passed over in 2006, I always asked his opinion on any major decision I was making, and I still do. 

Even though he is not physically here, I do believe he can still hear me and that we can still communicate.

About a year after my Dad passed, I manifested the opportunity to purchase a home of my own.  My daughter and I had been living in a one bedroom apartment for over eight years and we really wanted a home.

It happened very quickly.  I literally looked at the house for the first and only time on a Sunday, and 11 short days later signed all the papers.

By the time I was driving over to the house to pick up the keys, I was feeling a lot of anxiety, wondering if I had made a good choice.  

On the way to the house, I shared my concerns with Dad and asked him to give me a sign, to show me I'd made a good decision.

When I got to the house, I walked up to the steps, and I suddenly noticed to the left of the steps was a little trellis with hummingbirds on it. Dad approved! I could feel the tears in my eyes and a lump in my throat.

I wondered, had the trellis been there before?  If so, I hadn't noticed it, and neither had my daughter.

Either way, I took it as a sign that Dad had heard me and agreed with my decision.  It feels so good to know that my Father is still here for me, even though he may not be physically.

I love you, Dad. Happy Father's Day!

It's Law of Attraction for Your Lucky Life! 

Evidence of a Lucky Life! Part 2

I've been busy, having a lot of fun, following my joy, and playing at feeling good.

So I thought it was time to post more evidence to support my belief that I live a lucky life.

We can all find evidence for an unlucky life or a lucky life. It's up to us what we focus on.  We get to choose.

The Law of Attraction says that whatever I am giving attention to and putting my focus on is what I will attract more of. I don't know about you but I prefer lucky.

My life isn't perfect and I could easily make you a list of all the things that appear to be going "wrong" but I choose to find the good.

So here's my evidence log from the past few weeks of things I call lucky, in random order.

• Savoring a slice of delicious, freshly baked banana bread for breakfast
• Enjoying my roses  
  
• Skyping with my daughter
• Enjoying a Fun with Visualization call 
• Delicious homemade (by my Sweetie), dinners
• Getting front row tickets to a sold out John Mellencamp concert for $82 total, an hour before the show 
  
• Being my own boss
• Losing 3 pounds
• Long walks in the sunshine with my Sweetie
• Law of Attraction coaching sessions 
• Playing drums onstage for a blues jam band
• Receiving extra easy money showing up out of the blue
• Early morning runs 
• Adding a magical genie lamp charm to my bracelet
• Watching episodes of Laverne & Shirley and laughing with my Sweetie

And the list could go on and on.  

If I can offer one of the most important tips for creating your own Lucky Life, it would be to notice and appreciate all the "lucky" evidence in your life and the Universe will respond with even more.

It's Law of Attraction for Your Lucky Life!

What's Pleasing You?

Since I have been making it my daily habit to 'Play at Feeling Good', I keep finding more ways to activate those 'feel good now', feelings. 

Isn't that exactly the way law of attraction works? We are always attracting more of whatever we are giving our attention to.

This past week,  I have had a lot of fun shifting my vibration by asking myself, what's pleasing me about this?

Anytime, I became aware of something I wasn't feeling very happy about, I made it a game to find all the ways I was pleased about it.

One example is my body.  When I stepped on the scale, I began feeling upset that I hadn't lost more weight.

So, I began playing the game:

• I am extremely pleased that my body is healthy
• I am also very pleased that my Sweetie thinks my body is perfect
• I am so pleased that my blood pressure is perfect
• I am pleased with the way my hair grows, and so healthy too
• I am pleased with the color of my eyes and my vision
• I am pleased with how strong and flexible my body is
• I am pleased that my body loves to run
• I am pleased with the way my nails grow 

Before long, I was feeling really pleased with my body. In fact, so much so, it didn't really matter if I lost any more weight or not.

I decided to try it with my income and my business.

• I am pleased that I run my own business
• I am pleased that I consistently bring in income every week
• I am pleased that all my bills are paid for this week
• I am pleased to have so many customers and clients from all around the world!
• I am pleased that I have money in my account
• I am actually really pleased with my business

By the end of the week, I was adding that I was extremely pleased to have had my biggest sales week since last October.

It's all about finding a why to feel good, right now, about whatever is.

Is there a subject or situation that doesn't feel good? Make it a game!

What's pleasing you? 

Start looking for all the things that are pleasing you and it won't be long before you'll find that your vibration has shifted.

Go Straight To Happy!

That's right, don't worry about getting the job, losing the weight, or finding your true love or perfect home.

Why not go straight to happy?  After all, the reasons why we want the job, the shapely figure, the lover, the new home, or whatever it is that we want, is really because we think we will be happy when we get it. Right?

You may say, like me, what I really want is to feel financially free, or secure. Maybe it's your desire to feel attractive, sexy, and confidant.  To feel like you're home, comfortable, and safe.

What then? Happy!  The ultimate end result we are seeking, is HAPPY. 

So, I say, go straight to happy.  Don't worry about trying to manifest the things you want, just relax, and take some time, activating and shifting into feeling happy now.

The secret is, if we can activate the feeling of being happy now, which is our end result,  then that's what we will be vibrating and attracting to us.  The Universe will begin delivering all kinds of experiences and things that make us HAPPY.  

Here are some ways to feel happy now:

• Going for a run or taking a walk
• Flowers! Makes me feel happy looking at them and/or growing them
• Baking - Breads, cookies, brownies, pies, casseroles, I love baking.
• Playing a musical instrument
• Listening to music (Christmas music does it for me!)
• Meditating or listening to a guided meditation
• Reading a good book
• Playing with kids, your own or someone else's
• Playing with your pets
• Laughing with your best friend about all the good times
• Curling up in bed and watching a funny movie or show
• Going for a nature hike or scenic drive
• Playing board games with friends
• Getting a massage or reiki 
• Writing in your gratitude journal

Whatever it is that makes you feel happy now, now is the time to do it.

The Universe doesn't care what causes us to activate or vibrate a particular feeling. It's job is just to respond to that vibration with more of the same.

When we are feeling happy, we are no longer in resistance. We are in what Abraham calls the state of allowing, of alignment, which allows what we have been asking for, our desires, to come to us, to manifest.

So I say, why not go to the end result?  Go straight to HAPPY!

Play at Feeling Good!

Have you been working really hard at manifesting your desires and nothing seems to be happening?

It happened to me.  A couple of weeks ago, I found myself whining to my coach, "I am so tired! I have been working really hard at manifesting my goals, and nothing is happening! In fact, everything seems to be getting worse."

My coach gently reminded me that it is not my job to work hard at manifesting my goals.  My only "job" if you want to call it a job, is to find ways to feel good now. Duh!  I knew that. I am a law of attraction certified coach. I had just gotten so attached to my goals, and was so busy working at it that I'd forgotten. 

Right then and there, I shifted.  I went from feeling like I was pushing the boulder uphill every day, to laughing about my memory lapse.

I decided to make my motto:

I am playing at feeling good and letting the Universe do it's job.

What a relief! I felt better instantly.  I wrote it out on a note card as a reminder.

Then, I began playing at feeling good.  If visualizing or imagining felt good, I did it.  I only used any of the manifesting tools if it made me feel good, right now. I found myself playing with some of the processes in "Ask and It is Given". I  found myself flowing lots of appreciation just because it felt so good. 

Within 48 hours delightful manifestations started showing up:

•  I had the most profitable Saturday at my shop in over five months.
•  I received a phone call that a $71 medical bill was being written off. 
• A man came into my shop and handed me a $50 bill and said he wanted to repay me for some merchandise he had stolen as a kid over twenty years ago.
• I found $47 lying on the sidewalk.
• Received a $2 bill in a St. Patrick's Day card.

And so it goes.  The more we deliberately choose to feel good now, the more we align with the magical manifestations the Universe has lined up for us.

After all, the reason we desire something is because we believe we will feel good when we get it.

The Universe is always responding to our current vibration. So, if we can find a way to feel now the way we think we will feel then, we become vibrationally aligned with our desires. We allow the Universe to manifest them.

The Answer is Always, Yes!

The Universe always says, "YES". No matter what it is we are "asking" for.

Isn't that wonderful? 

I don't know about you, but I've always heard that when we 'pray', the answer could be yes, it could be no, it might even be not now, maybe later.

But even the scripture says, “Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.” 

Now I am not a religious person, but that sounds like a yes to me. Of course there is the stipulation that we must believe.

I was meditating the other morning when I suddenly had a realization. It was one of those moments when you already know something, but then suddenly it's like you really know it on a whole new level.  Have you ever had one of those?

Well, I suddenly realized just how much we are totally supported by the Universe, and that the answer is always a yes.

That whatever I am thinking, affirming, and believing, the Universe is always answering "YES", and immediately supports me by proving me right and delivering up more of the same.

So whether I am thinking, I am fat or I am thin, I am sick or I am healthy, I am poor or I am prosperous.  The Universe is always supporting me and saying YES.

It doesn't matter one iota to the Universe whether I believe life is easy, or a struggle, the Universe says yes. 

It's like having our very own Genie on hand to fulfill our every wish.

It's up to us to choose what we want the Universe to say YES to.  

To affirm only the things we do desire, knowing the Universe is supporting us and the answer is always YES. 

Of course, knowing the answer is yes sure makes it easy to start celebrating and giving thanks.

Be Open to Receive

Sometimes we can get so focused on how our money can come to us, that we shut ourselves off from receiving, and block the flow of our good.

We all have specific channels through which most of us receive our income. Such as our job, our business, parents, monthly retirement check, etc., that it's easy to see that, as our "source" of income. 

It can also be really easy to begin believing that our money is limited, especially if we are on a "fixed" income, salary, or allowance.
 

Since I own and operate my own business, I am no exception.  I can easily get caught up in seeing my income coming from my business, and even specific customers and clients.

The truth is, the Universe is the source of all my money, my income, and my good.

My business is only a channel, and just one of the many ways the Universe can deliver.

Universe is all knowing, all powerful, and everywhere present, and not limited in any way.

A few years ago, when I first began reading and studying "new thought", (Ernest Holmes, Catherine Ponder, etc.), before I learned about the Law of Attraction, I was living in an apartment, my sales were down, and I didn't have the money to pay my current month's rent. 

Deciding to apply what I was reading, I began affirming that the Universe is always supporting me.  That the Universe is the source of my money. That money can come to me from anywhere, at anytime, and that I am open to receive it. That my rent was paid.

I decided to go ahead and mail my rent check out, even though I didn't have one cent of it, trusting the Universe would supply the money.

After dropping my check in the outgoing mail slot, I opened my P.O. Box to find two totally unexpected checks that equaled the exact amount of the rent check I had just mailed.

Seems I had two insurance policies that had demutualized, and this was my share. I had no clue.  What I did know, right then and there, was that the Universe is my source.

Just a few weeks ago, I was talking with someone who was saying they really needed some cash desperately, but since they only got paid once a month, would not be receiving any money until the 1st.  

I reminded them, as gently as I could, that money can come to us anytime, anywhere, regardless of our salary.

That very day, they received an unexpected gift check of $150 in the mail.

The next time you are worried about where the money is coming from, remember that the Universe is our true source, the Universe surrounds us and supports us, and be open to receive.
