This week's manifesting story was a reminder to me, that if we stay in the "state of the wish fulfilled" as Neville calls it, what we desire will show up, but not necessarily from where we expect it to.
While out and about last weekend, I ran into a customer, who mentioned he had several hundred dollars he was coming in to spend on Monday.*
On several previous occasions this guy has mentioned he was coming to spend certain amounts, on certain days, and has always shown up, so I assumed it was a done deal.
I immediately thought about how good that would feel to start the week off with several hundred dollars in extra sales. In other words, I assumed the feeling.
It actually felt so good knowing I had extra money coming in, that I decided to go ahead and mail out some extra payments on the bills, and that felt even better.
Monday is usually a fairly busy day at the shop, but this one started off rather slowly. In fact, by 3:30 in the afternoon, with just 90 more minutes before closing, I had only had two sales and they were unusually small.
I didn't let it bother me one iota, after all, I was expecting a large sale today, from you know who, so I went on about my work feeling good, feeling prosperous, and handing the postman my extra payments.
When suddenly another customer walks in and spends a couple hundred dollars. Then, a total stranger came to my shop for the first time, from about 50 miles away, and he purchased several hundred dollars worth and I stayed busy until closing time with customers.
After closing and totaling up the day's sales, I realized I had indeed started the week off with several hundred extra dollars in sales and it felt just as good as I had imagined, but it hadn't come from the customer I expected it to.
Which was indeed a reminder that when we go to the end, and stay in the feeling of the wish fulfilled, it will manifest.
I was feeling good all weekend and then all day Monday, knowing I had several hundred extra dollars coming in, and it did!
It didn't come from where I thought it would come, but it came.
So, until next time, assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled, assume that it's a done deal, and it will be.
Here's to your lucky life!

Another Chance to Practice
A few weeks ago, I wrote an article called control your reactions and increase your luck and this past week I had another chance to practice it.
I really love learning and studying the Law of Attraction and I will be the first to admit I am not always manifesting exactly what I want, but I choose to use these tools every day and practice what I teach.
Back to my story.
Last weekend I had several domain names that were set to renew and I made a note in my checkbook to deduct the amount, which was somewhere around $65.
All was well.
Then on Monday morning I received several email notifications that all my domains had failed to renew, and the price they were attempting to charge me was about three times what I had counted on.
My first reaction before learning this LOA secret of controlling our reactions would have been to panic, (OMG, right?), but I deliberately remained calm, read all of the emails in detail to find out why, before deciding how to react.
After some investigating, I discovered not only were they attempting to bill an expired card, they were charging me for optional extras I didn't need, and billing for two years instead of one.
So, what looked like bad news (Your domain names have failed to renew), was actually good news because I ended up getting all of my domain names renewed for less than I had written in my checkbook.
What if everything that appeared to be bad news, was really just the Universe working out something good?
What if, what appears to be going wrong may actually be working out in your favor?
If you can control your reaction and trust all is well, you just may find you have increased your luck. If not in this moment, you will be pre-paving, as Abraham says, your future experiences.
Until next time, here's to your lucky life!

Increase Your Luck by Finding the Good
If you are looking to increase your luck in money, health, relationships, or your overall feelings of happiness, here's a secret that works.
Look for the good.
We find what we are looking for and a sure fire way to increase your "luck" is to make a habit of finding the good in everything.
In every situation, every experience, there is something that is good, something that is valuable, or something that could be beneficial.
As children, a lot of us were taught to notice everything that was wrong and we learned to view the world through that perspective.
So whatever we are experiencing, we automatically notice what's wrong, we focus on what's wrong, we comment and complain about what's wrong, and focusing on what is wrong, the negative, our "bad luck", will only make us feel bad and just continue to create more of that.
Is that what you want? Not me! I prefer feeling good, feeling lucky.
Here's the good news. You can change it. Yes, you can. You can train yourself to find the good in everything.
And when we find the good, it shifts us out of the resistance to what is, into a better feeling place. A place of gratitude, hope, happiness and feeling blessed, which I call feeling lucky.
I believe something good can come from every experience and every situation, but you have to look for it and you have to be open to finding it.
Take relationships, if you are constantly noticing what's wrong with your partner, it won't be long before you don't have a partner. Not lucky.
Look for the good. Make a list of the good qualities, the things you are thankful for, what's going right. Before long, you'll notice even more.
Having a health issue? Focus your thoughts on how wonderful it is that your body knows how to heal itself. How many times day in and day out, it has healed. Praise what's good about your body and health. Is your heart beating? Your lungs breathing? Can you see? Hear? Walk? Talk? There is always something good to focus on. Find the good.
Are you worried about having enough money? Paying the bills? Think about all the money you've received so far this year? How many bills you have been able to pay, how many things you have been able to buy, how much you have been able to give, or share. Find the good.
Find the good in everything. Is it raining? Be thankful, it could be sleet, ice, or snow.
When something seems to be really going "wrong", stop and ask yourself, "what good can possibly come from this? What good do I want to come from this?"
You can choose what you would like to see happen, and it can.
A few months back, the credit card terminal at my shop got fried. It was a stressful situation. The processing company I was with refused to reprogram my terminal and wanted $1300. for a new one.
I run a retail shop and being able to accept debit and credit cards is pretty crucial to the cash flow. I'll admit my first response was panic and fear but then I remembered to ask, what good can come from this? What would I like to see happen?
I scripted what I wanted right then and there. I wanted a new terminal that was free. I wanted a processing company with great customer service, my deposits the next business day, lower processing fees.
It took ten days, but I got exactly what I wanted and it's so much better than it was before my terminal got fried.
Look for the good, you'll find it, and before you know it, your friends will be asking, "what's your secret, how come you are always so lucky?"
Until next time. Increase your luck by looking for the good.
Love and Luck,
Lucky Lady

Down on Your Luck?
Sometimes it feels like things are just not manifesting the way we think they should, or in some cases we are getting the opposite of what we wanted, and when that happens we can start to feel like we are "down on our luck".
I've certainly been there, how about you?
It can be disappointing and frustrating to say the least, and feeling frustrated and disappointed only leads to more disappointment and frustration. What a vicious cycle.
Well here are some of my tips for getting back into alignment with what we do want, and into a better feeling place.
- Reevaluate your goal. Is it still what we want? Sometimes our goals and desires change but we are afraid to let go of old dreams and change course.
- Take a moment to reflect and see if there is any reason why you wouldn't want your desire to show up right now.
- Practice some more of "getting into the feeling" of having what you want.
- Relax and let go of the outcome, occupy your mind with something else and enjoy the now.
- Get outdoors and go for a walk, a run, or a bike ride. Notice the beauty and abundance of nature.
- Play a board game with your partner or kids. I always feel like a kid again every time I play Monopoly, Life, or Clue. How can you focus on anything else while playing Operation?
- Take a long luxurious bath while listening to your favorite music.
- Get a massage or Reiki
- Bake a batch of cookies or cake and celebrate in advance.
Practice gratitude. Count your blessings. Make a list of everything you are thankful for and everything that is going right.
And last but not least, remember that facts can change, and each moment is filled with Infinite possibilities.
If you can imagine it, and keep the faith, it can happen.
People get "Lucky" every day.
Until next time,
Love and Luck.

I Gave it Away and It Came Back!
This week's post is a follow up to last week's post where I share my lucky secret for getting more of what you want. Give it away.
Listen up Lucky Ladies and Gents, when you walk your talk, the Universe answers.
Here's what happened just this week.
A couple of weeks ago, I heard about a program being offered by a fellow coach about manifesting more money.
Well I don't know about you, but I am always willing to up my money vibration, get my money mojo flowing, and bring in more money and prosperity.
After all, whatever we place our attention and focus on we create more of.
That's exactly what the program offered, so I decided to join the party.
The program didn't cost anything up front, you just agreed to "pay" 10% of however much money you manifested in the next 90 days. Sounds like a deal to me!
As I received my email assignments each day I played along, finding pennies, nickels, dimes, and a quarter, etc.
If you've read my pennies from heaven story, then you know I love finding pennies!
About the seventh day, I decided to up my game by "priming the pump". To show my appreciation I wrote out a check for $25 to the coach, and dropped it in the mail. I told her this is an advance on some of the money that's coming my way.
I imagined her joy and excitement at receiving money in the mail and it made me smile every time I thought of it. Don't you love getting unexpected money in the mail? I sure do.
Guess what happened?
Seven days later, I received a totally unexpected, out of the blue, $297 cash gift in my paypal account!
How lucky is that? Does the Universe know how to deliver, or what?
You really do get what you give.
Is there something you want? Give it away!
Until next time, here's to your Lucky Life!

Blue Rocks, and the Scale of Justice...Say What?
Have you ever tried to deliberately conjure up something?
You know, "call up, or bring about by, or as if by, magic" according to the Webster Handy College Dictionary.
In Law of Attraction terms, we call that Deliberate Creation.
"Within 17 seconds of focusing on something, a matching vibration becomes activated...And if you manage to stay purely focused upon any thought for as little as 68 seconds, the vibration is powerful enough that its manifestation begins."
Ask and It Is Given
Esther and Jerry Hicks
Have you ever tried to deliberately create something? I'm not talking drama here, just physical objects. I know this sounds kind of woowoo, and I am not into witchcraft or anything like that. I am talking about the power we have to deliberately create our lives, and how we do that with the power of our pure, focused thought.
One day, I was talking with my cousin on the phone about how much fun it is to experiment with our power to deliberately create, and we decided to make a game of it and give each other an object to "conjure up".
We wanted it to be something a little out of the ordinary, something you may not see every day. We thought about it for a few moments and she gave me a BLUE ROCK, and I gave her BALANCING SCALES.
My cousin immediately asks, "What are balancing scales?" They're a pair of old fashioned scales, with a beam in the middle and two suspended plates. I call them the scales of justice because they are usually seen being held in one hand by Lady Justice.
In my explanation and description of what the scales were, I obviously gave them some pure focused thought because several hours later I saw my first set. My Sweetie and I were watching an episode of 'The Streets of San Francisco', (70's TV show), when all of a sudden I said, "BINGO!, there they are! Please pause the DVD while I get a pic of that." Right there on the desk of Lt Mike Stone (Karl Malden), sat a pair of the scales.
Can you believe it? I asked, and I wasn't even trying to manifest them, I was just trying to explain to her what they were.
The next morning I am making myself some breakfast, pull a plate out of the cabinet to put it on, and as I'm eating my eggs I notice it. The scales are depicted on my plate! Holy cow! I never noticed that before.
Hey, what about my BLUE ROCK?
After giving her the description of the scales, we agreed to alert each other as soon as it appeared.
As I hung up the phone, I thought about my object. A blue rock. How in the world, am I going to see a blue rock? (Oops, I forgot that we should always forget the how's, they slow down manifestation) The only times I could ever remember seeing a blue rock, and I'm not sure you would call it a rock, was when I was getting some gravel for my fish aquarium at the age of 13. I also briefly had a turquoise ring when I was about 8.
I must say I had my doubts but I was willing to give it a go, so I closed my eyes and focus my thought on imagining a blue rock for at least 17 seconds.
I thought about holding it in my hand. How it would feel, how it would look, and then I imagined excitedly telling my cousin a blue rock had shown up! I could really get into the excitement of that, so I did. (Anytime we can feel the emotions of having whatever it is we desire to manifest, that is the real key to bringing it about.)
I must admit, I still had some doubts but every time I thought of the blue rock I immediately went to the excitement of telling her it showed up.
The next day at my shop, I was organizing some comic books, when a friend came in that deals in antiques. He had just been to the post office and wanted to show me his latest acquisition. He held out his hand and there in his palm was a piece of blue jade, from Big Sur, California.
"It's a blue rock!" I almost fell over. Even though I am aware of our power to create, it always amazes and delights me. I've been looking for a blue rock since yesterday, I told him. (I'm sure he thought I was nuts) Can I take a photo? It appears a little more blue-green in the photo than it actually is.
Since I liked his piece of blue jade so much, he brought me one of my own. So not only did I see a "blue rock", I have one on my shelf as a reminder that 68 seconds of pure focused thought, really does begin the physical manifestation. I've also received a blue turquoise ring, and a bracelet, as gifts from two different people.
The point I am making here is that our thoughts are creating all the time. Whether we create deliberately, or by default. Whether it is wanted, or not wanted. I wanted to see the blue rock, I didn't care whether I saw the scales or not. But, each one, I gave pure focused thought to, and they both came into my reality.
So what would you like to conjure up?
What would like to deliberately create?
Have you ever deliberately manifested something? If so, comment below.
Love and luck,
Lucky Lady

How I Won a Trip to Las Vegas!
It all started one day last September when I heard my favorite classic rock station ask, "Would you like to win a trip to Las Vegas?"
To which I instantly replied to whoever could hear me, "Well of course I would, are you nuts?"
The announcer then proceeded to explain that several times during the week they would announce the contest and you had to be the tenth caller in order to get your name in the drawing. Then, on a specific day in October, you had to be listening at a specific time and if your name was drawn you had ten minutes to call them up and claim your trip.
I thought about it for a few minutes, imagining myself winning, and how much fun it would be for my Sweetie and I to go to Vegas. I hadn't been there since I took my daughter for her 21st birthday and that was over eight years ago, and he had never been to Vegas at all. It was definitely time.
So right then and there I decided that was for me. I wanted to win the trip to Las Vegas.
I immediately started to prepare.
- I checked my calendar to make sure I didn't already have something planned for the date of the trip. (The radio station had a specific date you must take the trip.) I didn't have anything scheduled so I wrote it in. "Going to Las Vegas"
- Then I put the date in my phone calendar with an alert to remind me to be up early on the day of the drawing so I could be listening and prepared to call in when they drew my name.
- Next, I contacted my nephew to see if he could run my retail shop while I was away.
- I got online and ordered a free copy of the Las Vegas Visitor's Guide. So I could start planning my activities right away.
Each time the radio announcer gave the cue, I started calling, and calling, and calling. It actually took me about three weeks before I was finally the tenth caller and my name in the drawing, but I was in. I felt so confidant I would win, every time I heard them announce another contestant's name, I just thought about Vegas and how fun it would be.
The Wednesday morning of the drawing, I got up early and tuned it. Sure enough the DJ announced, "A**** Miller you are the winner and have ten minutes to call us and claim your trip". WHAT?? A. Miller? I'm Kathleen Miller. Hmmm, I must admit I had a moment of disappointment.
Then suddenly, I got really excited because I realized, I was only half a name away from winning. I know it sounds crazy but I actually jumped up and down in excitement because I was so close. That meant the Universe was working on it, it was on the way! I celebrated the closeness of the match.
After that, I just let it go. When my Vegas visitor's guide arrived in the mail, I looked through it still thinking I would love to take my Sweetie to Vegas. Who knows? All possibilities exist.
A couple of weeks went by, the weather turned colder, and it was close to the date I had marked "going to Las Vegas" in my calendar. I admit, I felt kinda down, and a wee bit cranky when I saw it right there in print, in my calendar, reminding me I was not the winner.
Knowing that what I am feeling is what I am vibrating and attracting, I knew I needed to find some way to shift into "a better feeling place". So I decided to go home from work, relax, kick off my shoes, sip some hot coffee, (it was already snowing here), and enter some online sweepstakes while listening to Christmas music. I just love Christmas music. It always makes me feel good. So for about the next hour, that's what I did. It felt like inspired action.
I subscribe to a sweepstakes newsletter online, so I entered for all kinds of things. Cars, trips, computers, cash, etc. I find it lots of fun to enter because there's always the possibility you may win. I love that feeling, hopeful and full of possibilities. After all, you have to enter to win.
I went on about my routine after that, never giving it anymore thought. Then Wednesday, Dec 12th, I received a phone call to verify that I was indeed Kathleen Miller, birth date, etc. because I was the grand prize winner of a trip to Las Vegas!
Am I excited? Absolutely! Am I surprised? Did I just get Lucky? Not at all. Why? Because, I was really clear about what I wanted. I had imagined how much fun it would be and vibrationally aligned with that. I prepared to receive it, and took inspired action. I didn't let not winning the trip from the radio station shift me back into "reality", I celebrated the closeness of the match, instead.
The Universe delivered back to me what I had visualized, even better. I get to choose when I want to go.
Way to go Universe, that's the way I like to roll!

The First Step
How about a thousand blog posts begins with the first post? I have to admit I have wanted to start this blog for over a year and have procrastinated again and again. Today I am taking the first step.
So the journey begins...
Are you lucky? Do you believe you can change your luck? Would you like to?
In this blog I will be talking about luck, synchronicity, law of attraction, visualization, manifesting, vibration, hypnosis, etc.I am totally fascinated by the power of our minds and our ability to manifest things physical with thought.
I first read that "thoughts are things" and "what you think you become" in the beginning of '99 and I've been fascinated ever since. Is it true? Can you really think a thought and have it manifest? Can you visualize something and then see or experience it in the physical world?
In the next 999 steps, I mean posts, I will be writing about my lucky experiences, things I've visualized, thought about, manifested, and the reasons I call myself a lucky lady.
Change your luck, change your life.
