Have you ever felt like it was all going wrong? I mean, you're doing your best, at all times, to tend to your vibration and suddenly it's like a deluge of things going wrong.
I just spent a couple of weeks that rank right up there in the top worst weeks of my life, for things going wrong, definitely not the way I had intended. In fact, I don't think I have ever experienced so many things going wrong, all at the same time.
Knowing that what we give our focus and attention to, and the way we are feeling in this moment, affects our vibration, and what we are vibrating is what we are attracting more of, what's a law of attraction savvy gal supposed to do?
I thought I would offer up some of my Emergency Law of Attraction First Aid tips.
These are the things I did in order to "soothe my vibration" as Abraham says, and to shift to a better feeling place.
Keep in mind that you don't have to make a huge shift, but simply finding a little feeling of relief, or peace, is a shift in the right direction, and then you can go from there.
So here goes.
Find the best feeling thought you can about the situation. This could be as simple as, "it could be worse", "I've survived worse things than this", "this too, shall pass", "every cloud has a silver lining", etc. Any thought that makes you feel even slightly better is an improvement.
Stay in the present moment. This keeps you from speculating or imagining how much worse it might or could get. Just do right now.
Take whatever action or actions you can take.
Use the Pivoting exercise...I know what I don't want, so what do I want? Make a list of what you want, and why you want it.
Do as many things as you can that bring you joy and do them with the awareness that you are doing them for this reason. These can be big or small and don't have to cost much.
- go for a walk, a run, or a bike ride
- a nice cup of coffee, tea, or your favorite beverage
- listening to music
- playing with your child or pet
- watching a movie or show that's funny or uplifting
- watch Abraham videos
- listen to your favorite meditation
Ask for help. This can be from family and friends, your Angels, Spirit Guides, and Fairies, your local spiritual center or church, a coach, or even a stranger.
As often as possible, take a few moments throughout the day to just lightly ponder or imagine, the positive outcome you'd like to see, and how you would feel and react if it turned out that way.
Hold the thought that in every moment there are hundreds of possibilities that can occur. Things we could never imagine. Miracles happen every day.
Make a list of all the things that are going "right" and give thanks for those.
And one of the biggest tips I can offer is self love.
- Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water
- Do your best to get enough sleep (I know this can be difficult when you're lying awake all night gripped by fear, or in pain)
- Eat things that make you feel good
- Soak in the tub
- Get a massage or reiki if possible
- Forgive yourself for any "mistakes, bad judgement, etc."
- Forgive others and let it go
- Treat yourself to something special just for you
- Go ahead and have a good cry
Last but not least..Keep the faith. Trust that all is really going to turn out well. That in this moment you are Okay.
