During the last few days of the year, I like to take time to pause and look back over my year.
How did it go?
I go over each area of my life and take stock of how my year went. My career/business, family and relationships, health and body, personal achievements, joy and happiness levels, and money and finances.
I acknowledge what I did and did not do.
As I look back over the year, it allows me to appreciate and celebrate the good things that have happened, and to reflect and learn from the things that may have not been so good, so I can get clear on what I want to deliberately create in my life in the new year.
